What services do you offer?

We offer a Proofreading service which provides an in-depth analysis and correction of the spelling, grammar, typography and punctuation of your academic or commercial content. This service is ideal for very well-written work, ensuring that every document your clients, supervisors, peers or external examiners receive reflects the very highest academic standards.

Our Proofreading plus Language Editing service provides a far more comprehensive editorial input, improving the style, tone, word choice and sentence structure of your documents. Our Editors are trained to the highest level of academic or commercial writing, thus ensuring your proofreader understands your message clearly.

Are these services against University rules?

No; we guarantee never to alter your academic content, your ideas or your arguments. Our editors are simply ensuring that your language meets the standards required to allow you to demonstrate your own academic ability.

Is my document/copyright secure with you?

Yes, all information is directly uploaded to our secure server and you retain the copyright to the work at all times, regardless of the level of editing we perform.

Do you only edit Word documents?

We are happy to edit any document format, just let us know when you make your enquiry so that we can quote you the correct fee.

Will I be able to see any changes you've made?

Yes, we will return two copies of all completed work to you. One will be the clean final edited version, the other will contain Microsoft Word Track Changes showing and explaining where and why changes were made.

What are your opening hours?

As we only use full-time professional editors, our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am until 5:30 pm.

Can I speak with the editor?

Yes, depending on the size of the order it would be our pleasure to organise a telephone conference for you.

I need a document editing quickly, can you do it?

Yes, depending on the level of edit required and the number of words, we can often return documents to you within a 2 hour time-frame, providing you contact us within office hours.

What systems do you have in place to protect sensitive documents?

All information is directly uploaded to our secure server; our Editors are fully trained in the sensitivity of information, are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements, and would be willing to sign any other assurances you should require.

Can we use your services from abroad?

Yes, some of our biggest clients are based in the Middle East, China, India and the US.
